Benny Parsons retired from NASCAR Winston Cup competition after the 1988 season with many great accomplishments in his racing career. Benny had won the NASCAR Winston Cup Championship in 1973, the Daytona 500 in 1975 and was the first driver in the record books to qualify at over 200 mph. Upon his retirement he had 21 victories, 199 top five finishes, 283 top ten finishes, and earnings of $3,896,539 within 526 Winston Cup races.

Benny has been a keynote speaker for about 65 major corporations in the past 3 years. General Electric, The Detroit Auto Show, Freight Liner and Nextel are just a few of the companies with which he’s worked. He is a national spokesperson for Ragu, Country Crock, French's Mustard, Hellmans Mayonnaise, Nextel, Nicorette, Bank of America and numerous automotive related companies.

Currently residing in Charlotte, North Carolina he is color analyst for NBC Sports and TNT and has an internationally syndicated, live radio show every Monday. Parsons is in The International Motorsports Hall of Fame, The American Motorsports Hall of Fame and was selected by NASCAR as ONE OF THE 50 GREATEST DRIVERS IN THE HISTORY OF NASCAR.
